LOGS/SYSTEMS
Self-hosted homelab platform that ties together secure ingress, local AI serving, automation, agent tooling, and real-time intrusion detection. Cloudflare Tunnel exposes only selected private routes, while Ollama, Jarvis, n8n, Sentinel AI, Portfolio V2, and PayChasers form a documented local platform with runbooks, service maps, and hardening notes.
Always-on intrusion detection node. Packet capture runs on the host as a root LaunchDaemon that starts at boot and restarts itself if it stops, publishing packet headers to a Redis stream. Redis, the analyzer, PostgreSQL, the API and the monitoring dashboard run in Docker Compose. The anomaly model is retrained by hand on recorded baseline traffic and loaded when the analyzer restarts.
Self-hosted LLM serving infrastructure powering AI features across multiple products, including the terminal on this portfolio. Handles load-aware model routing (Qwen 3.5 for single requests, Qwen 2.5 Coder under concurrency), SSE streaming, and tone-adaptive message generation for PayChasers. Powers autonomous marketing content generation via n8n workflow automation. Exposed through Cloudflare Tunnel behind Cloudflare Access service tokens, with a reverse proxy that only allows the chat and model-list endpoints. If the Mac errors or doesn't answer within 15 seconds, requests fail over to an always-on Oracle Cloud VM.
